Our story

Born from a love for small pets.

LuftPets started when our founder, Olfa Turki, CPA, CA, pet lover and proud cat parent, saw how much small-pet bedding ends up in the trash. She set out to make cage care cheaper, cleaner and kinder to the planet.

Today we design washable cage liners and snuffle mats for guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs, and ship them from our Montreal and New York warehouses to pet parents across Canada and the U.S.

How do I wash the fleece cage liners and snuffle mats?

Machine wash in cold or warm water with pet-safe detergent. Avoid fabric softeners. Brush hay off fleece liners before washing. Air-dry or tumble-dry on low heat.

How do these liners help control cage odors?

Absorbent inner layers lock in moisture to neutralize odors. Spot-clean and wash every 3–4 days to keep habitats fresh and dry.

Are the materials safe if my pet chews on them?

Discourage chewing as ingesting polyester is unsafe. Inspect items regularly and replace if damaged.

What sizes are available for the fleece cage liners?

Liners fit Midwest cages (24" x 47"), C&C cages (2x4 at 28" x 57", 3x2, 2x1), and 24" x 16". Sized slightly larger to allow for natural shrinkage.

What is the Cut-to-Fit EVA Cage Liner, and how do you clean it?

It's a waterproof, cut-to-fit base layer (18" × 79") that protects floors. Clean by wiping or rinsing; do not machine wash.
